Physical DescriptionDismasted boat model hull. The hull is made of light stained wood and has a black band around the top edge. A metal rudder is attached to the underside of the hull. Metal screening covers the surface of the deck and a metal hook is attached to the bow. The boat's name is on the transom in black lettering: ORTONA.
Historical NoteThis boat model hull was made by Franklin D. Roosevelt for his children.
