DescriptionA 1944 campaign poster. The color poster features an illustration of Uncle Sam, in the upper left, pointing towards the viewer. In the lower right is an illustration of Franklin D. Roosevelt with the artist's facsimile signature below it: JAMES MONTGOMERY FLAGG. Blue and red text on the poster reads: I WANT YOU / F.D.R. / STAY / AND FINISH / THE JOB! Additional text in the lower left corner indicates the poster was issued by the Independent Voters' Committee of the Arts and Sciences for Roosevelt. A New York union bug is in lower right corner of the poster.
