DescriptionA 1944 campaign stamp cover with an anti-Roosevelt cachet. The white envelope bears a violet U.S. 3¢ Win the War Issue stamp (Scott 905). On the left side of the envelope is a silver and black cachet consisting of text that reads: Again, again and again / -F.D.R., Boston, Oct. 30, 1940- / "Your boys are not going / to be sent into any / foreign wars!" The text is bordered above and below by rows of stars.

The envelope is hand addressed in ink to: Paul J. Miller / 48 W. 6th St. / Pottstown / Pa. It is postmarked Peoria, Illinois, November 6, 1944. Stamped and written on the reverse of the envelope is information regarding the cachet: This Cachet Sponsored by / WILLIAM S. LINTO / 4920 N.E. 16th Ave / PORTLAND, 11, ORE. / Cachet No. 600 / Covers Issued 51 / Cover No. 37.
