a) The puzzle consists of five individually shaped red cardboard pieces that form the letter "F”, and six individually shaped blue pieces that form the letter "D".
b) The original two-piece cardboard box for the puzzle. The lid of the box has a paper label that features a portrait illustration of FDR, information about the puzzle, and the maker and copyright information.
c) Contained in the puzzle box is a cardstock insert with printed instructions for writing the maker for the solution to the puzzle.
