DescriptionA black and white campaign poster. At the center of the poster is a large, halftone photographic portrait of FDR in 1938 with his name, "FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT," in a block in the lower right corner. The portrait has a patriotic illustrated border with a stylized American flag and shield design at the top, while at the bottom is the image of two cartoon donkeys holding a banner between them that has “1940” on it. Printed in small text along the bottom of the poster: “Every Week Magazine – Printed in U. S. A. / Courtesy of the STAMFORD ADVOCATE.”
