DescriptionA small silk Texas State flag. The flag has three white ribbon ties along the left edge, and a gold-colored fringe on the top, right, and bottom edges. Adhered to the front of the flag is a small paper sticker on which is typed: D-9-3.

Sewn to the reverse of the flag is a woven fabric label with the manufacturer's information: SUPERIOR SILK / DETTRA FLAG PRODUCT.

Custodial History NoteDeposited at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum by Franklin D. Roosevelt on July 20, 1940. It was donated as a bequest of FDR to the Library in 1947.
