DescriptionA small model of a Chinese junk. Carved from ivory, the boat has two sails, one flag (at the back), and three figures, each holding a long pole. The model is fixed to a black-painted wooden stand.
Label TextThis model was presented to Eleanor Roosevelt by the Soviet Union Embassy in Washington, DC at Christmas 1961.
