DescriptionA small, round pocket mirror. On the front is a black and white illustration by Guy Lockwood of an elephant labeled "GOP" pushing a truck marked "US & Co. In the foreground, a donkey is kicking its back legs into the air. The image is encircled by black text that reads: IT’S AN ELEPHANT’S JOB / NO TIME FOR "DONKEY-BUSINESS"! A mirror is encased on the reverse side. The manufacturer's information is printed along the rim of the encasement.
Label TextThough this pocket mirror was made for the 1932 campaign, the Lockwood illustration was taken from a 1928 campaign poster.
