DescriptionA round pinback button, possibly from the 1936 campaign. At the center of the white button is a grayscale reproduction of a 1932 Jacob H. Perskie pencil drawing of the head and shoulders of FDR. Encircling the portrait is a black band with white text that reads: “FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT / PRESIDENT.”

The manufacturer's label is inserted into the reverse of the button: “BANNERS-PENNANTS / BUTTONS / TORSCH & FRANZ / BADGE CO. / BALTIMORE / MD.”
