DescriptionA group of eleven identical ribbon badges from the January 20, 1941 inauguration of Franklin Roosevelt and Henry Wallace. Each length of fabric ribbon has three vertical bands in red, white, and blue. Gold text imprinted on the ribbons reads: GUEST / 39TH / INAUGURAL / ★ / FRANKLIN D. / ROOSEVELT / HENRY A. WALLACE / ★ ★ / JANUARY 20 / 1941. Pinned to the top of each badge is a gilt metal eagle clutching an olive branch and arrows in its talons.
