DescriptionA ribbon badge from the March 4, 1933 inauguration of Franklin Roosevelt and John Garner. On a length of blue ribbon is gold imprinted text that reads: INAUGURATION / OF / Franklin D. Roosevelt / AND / John N. Garner / March 4, 1933 / COMMITTEE ON / RECEPTION OF / GOVERNORS / AND / Distinguished Guests.

On the reverse of the badge is a T-pin as well as a small circular sticker with the manufacturer's information and a union bug: R. HARRIS & CO. / WASHINGTON, D. C.
