At the center of the poster are rectangular sepia photographic headshots of James Cox (left) and Franklin Roosevelt (right). Each of the images is copyrighted in a lower corner: © BAKER / ART / GALLERY / COL.O. Below each image are the facsimile signatures of Cox and Roosevelt and text that reads: Democratic Nominee for President [under Cox] / Democratic Nominee for Vice-President [under Roosevelt]. Immediately below FDR's image is the maker's information: ROTOPRINT GRAVURE CO., N. Y. Two union bugs are located at the bottom of the poster.
