Label TextThis print was created for the Pennsylvania Art Project, Federal Art Project, Works Progress Administration. The print will be on display on a rotational basis in the FDR Library's special exhibition, BLACK AMERICANS, CIVIL RIGHTS, AND THE ROOSEVELTS, 1932-1962.
