DescriptionA small good luck pin, possibly from Adlai Stevenson's 1956 campaign. The pin is in the cutout shape of a gold-colored metal horseshoe with black text at the bottom that reads: ADLAI. Mounted in the center of the horseshoe is a green and gold four-leaf clover with a tiny white pearl at the center.
Label TextAdlai Stevenson was the Democratic Party’s unsuccessful presidential candidate in 1952 and 1956. Eleanor Roosevelt helped Stevenson secure the Democratic Presidential nomination for both years. She wore this button while campaigning for Stevenson.Additional Details
