DescriptionA carved and colored wooden caricature portrait of Franklin D. Roosevelt in the form of a right-facing profile of his head. He is sporting a high collar and a pair of pince-nez glasses. The caricature is set into an open circle formed from a band of silver-colored metal that sits on an oval, two-tiered wooden base, painted black, with a metal band wrapped around each tier.

Carved black text on the flat reverse side of the caricature reads: MADE / IN / MEXICO.

Custodial History NoteDeposited at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1942. It was donated as a bequest of FDR to the Library in 1947.
