Physical DescriptionA French language poster promoting inter-American solidarity during World War II. The poster features a large black and white photographic portrait of President Truman bordered in blue. The photographer’s name is printed just below the photo: “CHASE STATLER, WASHINGTON, D. C.” Under the portrait is a wide red band with blue, white, and black text that reads: "★ HARRY S. TRUMAN ★ / Président des Etats-Unis d’Amérique [President of the United States]".

Printed in small text in the bottom right corner of the poster: "Bureau des Affaires Interaméricaines, Washington, D.C."
