DescriptionA commemorative pennant from the January 20, 1941 presidential inauguration of Franklin D. Roosevelt. The dark blue, triangular felt pennant sits horizontally. On the left side is a blue and white illustrated head and shoulders portrait of FDR. White text above, below, and to the right of the portrait reads: INAUGURATION / JAN. 20, 1941 / FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT / WASHINGTON, D.C. The left edge of the pennant is bordered in red felt with a pair of red streamers.
