DescriptionA printed color image of the circular emblem of the U.S. Navy's Construction Battalion, nicknamed the Seabees. Against a blue background with a golden "rope" border is the illustration of a fierce-looking, cartoon-like bee in flight. Wearing a sailor's cap, the bee is holding and firing a sub-machine gun in its two front legs, while a wrench and hammer are held in its two back left legs. Various Navy insignia are seen on each of the bee’s three left legs. The name "SEABEES" is in yellow, stencil-like lettering below the image of the bee.
