DescriptionA small color poster promoting enlistment in the U.S. Army Reserve. The poster features an illustration of a modern day (1938) soldier standing in his service uniform against the backdrop of a billowing American flag. To the right, against a blue background, is the ghost-like image of a minuteman soldier from the American Revolutionary War. Text on the illustration reads: “REMAIN WITH The COLORS / Be A Modern Minute Man.” Also on the illustration is a text box in the lower right corner that lists the qualifications needed to enlist in the Regular Army Reserve. The artist’s signature is along the bottom of the illustration: “Tom Woodburn.”

Additional text below the illustration reads: “ENLIST IN THE REGULAR • ARMY • RESERVE / U. S. Army Recruiting Officer.”
