DescriptionA color poster promoting the United States Armed Forces Institute (USAFI). The color poster features a photographic image of a standing female factory worker wearing Construction Company badge #650 and holding a bundle of fibrous material in her hands. To the right of her is blue and black text that reads: "I’ve discovered this . . . / The more you know, the faster you get ahead. That’s why you should pick a USAFI course and start studying today for the job you want later. . . ." A gold-colored banner at the bottom has a short summary of the USAFI program with instructions on how to apply.

Printed in small text along the bottom of the poster: WAR DEPARTMENT POSTER No. 28-4 / U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE : 1945—O-625026. The poster also includes distribution instructions.
