DescriptionA pen and ink sketch, in shades of brown, of unidentified buildings. The scene shows several stone buildings on top of a hill. The buildings are partially obscured by surrounding foliage. The sketch is unsigned.

A handwritten number in pencil is on the reverse of the sketch: No S· 3S· 30.
Label TextFranklin D. Roosevelt bought this sketch at a print shop in Nancy, France in August 1905 while on his honeymoon with Eleanor Roosevelt.
