DescriptionAn original black and white cartoon featuring Franklin D. Roosevelt's Scottish terrier dog, Fala. The cartoon is of an outdoor scene with Fala seated on a lawn next to a sign reading "HYDE PARK”. He is looking out at the Hudson River and the mountains in the distance. The artist's signature is in the lower right corner of the cartoon: ALAN FOSTER. The caption is handwritten in blue below the cartoon: "THIS WOULDN'T BE HARD TO TAKE FOR THE NEXT FOUR YEARS EITHER". The cartoon sheet has several publication notes written in pencil including the number "8604".
