The artist's signature is in the upper left corner of the cartoon: ALAN FOSTER. The caption is handwritten in black below the cartoon: "I WONDER IF THAT'S AN OLD WILLKIE BUTTON….. OR A NEW ONE. The cartoon sheet has several publication notes written in pencil including the number "7394".
