DescriptionAn original black and white cartoon featuring Franklin D. Roosevelt's Scottish terrier dog, Fala. The cartoon is an outdoor scene showing Fala standing by a bush from which arises a sign that reads "HYDE PARK". He is peering around the bush at a brood of chicks walking between a hen at the front and a rooster at the rear. The artist's signature is in the lower left corner of the cartoon: A. S. FOSTER. The caption is handwritten in pencil below the cartoon: "OH – CONVOYED". The cartoon sheet has several publication notes written in pencil.
