OBVERSE: A right-facing high relief profile of the head of FDR with the artist's name along the profile's right edge: JA• ATCHISON•SC ©. The profile is encircled by two lines of incused text that reads: FRANKLIN • DELANO • ROOSEVELT / SECOND INAUGURATION JAN. 20 1937 / 1933 1941 / 31ST. PRESIDENT.
REVERSE: A left-facing high relief profile of the head of John Garner with the artist's name along the profile's left edge: JOS•A• ATCHISON• / ©. The profile is encircled by incused text that reads: JOHN NANCE GARNER / 32ND. VICE PRESIDENT.
The manufacturer's information is stamped along the perimeter edge: MEDALLIC ART CO. N.Y.---18 K.
