To the right of the image is the heading, “And a dead moon looks down upon a lifeless sea . . . . .,” followed by several paragraphs of text that form a narrative reminding Americans against careless talk. At the bottom of the poster is a list of Cleveland, Ohio companies who sponsored the poster.
