DescriptionA stoneware statuette of a donkey, on a matching rectangular base, all finished with a gun metal color iron oxide metallic glaze. One of the ears is broken off. The maker's mark -- a reverse R back-to-back with the letter P -- is on the underside of the base and flames surround the letters and the following text: RP / XXXV / 6241. The Roman numerals translate into 35.
