The flags represented are: the United States, Alaska, Canada, Bermuda, Hawaii, Mexico, Cuba, Haiti, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay. The flag has a yellow fringe on three sides.
The flag is tied to a black-painted wood staff with a gold-painted finial.
