DescriptionAn original watercolor painting of a ship's carved porthole cover. It shows a gilt eagle perched on an anchor. There is no visible artist's signature. Handwritten in ink by the artist on the reverse: Index of America Design / W.P.A. / Victor Muollo. Handwritten in pencil on the reverse: MASS-793-CA-56.
