The cover of the book is aligned vertically and has red and blue text, on a white background, that reads: No. 6900 / Nov. 7th, 1944 / VOTE / FOR / F.D.R. / All remittances to be sent to / A. D. KANER, Chairman / DEMOCRATIC / HEADQUARTERS / 6802 Delmar Tel. DE. 0264 / 100 Stamps $1.00 / Seal your letters with these stamps. / Do not put on mail to men in service. A St. Louis, Missouri union bug and the number "59" are printed at the bottom of the cover.
Stapled and stored inside the book are ten pages worth of stamp-sized stickers - six complete attached pages of 10 stamps each; four attached partial pages with 2 stamps each; and four separated partial pages of 8 stamps each. The identical red, white, blue stickers on each page read: VOTE / FOR / F.D.R. The last page of the book consists of a form that users can fill out.
