BiographyHenry A. Wallace was the Secretary of Agriculture from 1933 until 1940. He was the Vice president of the United States during Roosevelt's third term. Wallace became the Secretary of Commerce from 1945 until 1946. In the 1948 presidential election Wallace was the Progressive Party nominee.
