Physical DescriptionA round button from the campaign of Franklin Roosevelt and John Garner. At the center of the brass button is a large star with text that reads: ROOSEVELT / GARNER / CLUB. Below the star is a brass banner with the inscription: MASSACHUSETTS. Remnants of blue paint can be seen on portions of the worn button.
The button is mounted on a small, white cardboard card with red text that reads: Compliments of / Democratic National / Campaign Committee / This is the only official / Roosevelt-Garner Club Button / approved by National / Headquarters. We hope you will wear / it and talk victory to / your friends. A New York union bug and the number "20" are printed in the lower right of the card.
