Physical DescriptionA woven campaign banner. At the center of a dark blue rectangular banner, with white stars in each corner, is a large white oval featuring an illustrated portrait of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Red and blue text above and below the image reads: FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT / FOR / PRESIDENT / ACCLAIMED BY ALL AMERICA. The top of the banner has a white sleeve to allow for the insertion of a dowel. A gold fringe is attached to the bottom edge of the banner.
