Physical DescriptionA round pinback button from Thomas Dewey's campaign. The button consists of three horizontal bands in red, white, and blue. Printed on the bands is white and blue text that reads: FOR / DEWEY / PRESIDENT. The manufacturer's information is printed along the rim along with several union bugs.
Historical NoteThomas E. Dewey ran against Roosevelt in the 1944 presidential campaign.
