The head and shoulders portrait shows FDR, turned slightly to the proper right, wearing a dark suit jacket, a white shirt, and a dark tie. The artist's original pencil signature is in the lower right: SJ. Woolf. An original pencil inscription by the artist in the lower left reads: For Eleanor Roosevelt, / with respect, admiration / and / cherished memories.
The print is matted, glazed, and framed in 3/8" black wood frame.
