Text across the top of the poster reads: SERVE THOSE WHO SERVED. Below the image, on a black background, is light green and red text that says: Nurses are needed in VETERANS ADMINISTRATION HOSPITALS / Write to MEDICAL DIRECTOR, VETERANS ADMINISTRATION, Washington 25, D.C. or U.S. CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION, Washington 25, D.
