Physical DescriptionA multicolor commemorative pennant from the January 20, 1937 inauguration of President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Vice President John N. Garner. The deep brown, triangular felt pennant sits horizontally. On the left side are illustrated portraits of Roosevelt and Garner within a patriotic surround featuring an eagle, American flags, and a stars and stripes shield. White text to the right of the portraits reads: “INAUGURATION 1937 / WASHINGTON, D.C.”

The left edge of the pennant is bordered with white felt and a pair of red streamers.
