Physical DescriptionA color poster featuring an illustration, against a red background, of a right hand wearing a ring bearing the Nazi swastika. The hand is holding a Nazi Germany Iron Cross medal suspended from a gray and white ribbon. Black and blue text above and below the illustration reads: AWARD / FOR CARELESS TALK / DON'T DISCUSS TROOP MOVEMENTS • SHIP SAILINGS • EQUIPMENT. The artist's facsimile signature is in the lower right corner: Stevan Dohanos. Small black text printed along the bottom edge of the poster reads: W.D., A.G.O. "Award" Security Poster. Additional copies may be requisitioned as prescribed in AR 310-200, 1 May 1943, as changed by Changes No. 2, 15 September 1943.
