Below the eagle and map is a profile illustration of a battleship behind which rises up black silhouette images of four U.S. Marines, each carrying a rifle, charging into battle. Red text on the poster reads: “U.S. MARINES / on LAND / at SEA / in the AIR / Defend AMERICA.” The artist’s facsimile signature is in the lower right of the artwork: Woyshner.
