Physical DescriptionA color poster promoting U.S. Army enlistment. The poster features an illustration of a standing American soldier dressed in an early WWII uniform and holding a rifle. In the lower background is a silhouette image of an Army cavalry unit pulling gun carriages. Text on the illustration reads: “UNITED STATES ARMY / EXPERIENCE ADVENTURE TRAVEL AWAIT YOU.” The artist’s facsimile signature is along the bottom of the artwork: “Tom Woodburn.”
