Physical DescriptionA color poster commemorating Navy Day in 1938. The poster is divided into three horizontal sections in red, white, and blue. At the center is a large line drawing of an eagle in flight, while below it is a smaller line illustration of a U.S. Navy ship on open water. White and red text reads: Join us in observing / Navy Day / October 27th. At the bottom of the poster is the image of an anchor and a scroll border meant to represent waves.
