Physical DescriptionA black and white poster titled along the top: Twentieth Century / Declaration of the Atlantic. Below the title the poster features a split black and white photograph of Franklin D. Roosevelt (left) and Winston Churchill (right) taken aboard the HMS PRINCE OF WALES during their meeting in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean on August 10th, 1941. Between the photos is a paragraph describing the meeting. At the center of the poster is a box entitled, EIGHT POINTS for PEACE and FREEDOM, with descriptions of each point. The bottom section of the poster is a pledge entitled: So Say We All Of Us!

At the very bottom, the poster, dated August 12th, 1941, indicates it was released by the The Minute Men of America Inc., 303 Fifth Avenue, New York, N.Y. and has the facsimile signatures of the former-President and the Director General of the organization.

The reverse of the poster is formed of a backer board on which is a sticker for the United Picture Frame Co. of 146 E. 42nd St., New York, NY. Metal hooks at the top allow for hanging.
Historical NoteThis poster promoting the Atlantic Charter was produced shortly after the Atlantic Conference by The Minutemen of America Incorporated, an organization that advocated for American support of Great Britain in the war.
