Physical DescriptionA sepia-tone U.S. Army recruitment poster titled, “Keep ‘em Flying”. The poster features a photographic image of a group of military airmen in flight gear walking forward and looking upwards towards the sky while a U.S. Army aircraft flies overhead. Text at the center of the poster promotes the U.S. Army’s Flying Cadet program to young men with the promise of becoming officers and pilots in the U.S. Army Air Corps. Printed along the bottom of the poster is, “U. S. ARMY RECRUITING SERVICE / Visit or write the nearest U. S. Army Recruiting Station or write to the Commanding General of the Corps Area nearest you: [list of nine locations in different cities across the country] / Or apply to your local Junior Chamber of Commerce.”
