Physical DescriptionA cross-stitch wall hanging featuring George Washington. At the center of the multicolored wall hanging is a left-facing profile portrait of George Washington. Above the portrait are the words “GOD BLESS AMERICA,” and below it is the image of an eagle with outspread wings. Text along the bottom of the hanging reads: “M / AUG. 11. OF. 1941.” The wall hanging is backed by purple fabric.

Pinned to the lower left corner of the wall hanging is a blue satin award ribbon with the following message printed on it in gold: “FIRST PREMIUM / ARKANSAS VALLEY FAIR ASS’N / ROCKY FORD COLORADO / 1941.”
