Physical DescriptionA Spanish language poster promoting inter-American solidarity during World War II. The poster features a large head and chest illustrated color portrait of General Douglas MacArthur in his U.S. Army uniform. The artist’s name is printed in the lower right just below the portrait: “Boris Artzybasheff.” Spanish text in large, dark brown lettering below the portrait reads: "General estadunidense Douglas McArthur / Comandante en Jefe de la Zona del Suroeste del Pacífico" [U.S. General Douglas McArthur / Commander-in-Chief of the Pacific Southwest Zone].

Printed in small text in the lower right corner of the poster: "Publicado por el Coordinador de Asuntos Interamericanos, Washington, E. U. A."
