Physical DescriptionA small black and white World War II war production poster with an orange border. The poster features a cartoon of a high society event where two men in tuxedos are discussing a woman in a formal gown wearing a tire around her neck in lieu of jewels. The one man says to the other, “Mrs. Van Pyster is wearing the family heirloom tonight." The artist’s facsimile signature is in the lower right corner of the artwork: “O. SOGLOW.”
