Physical DescriptionA small black, white, and red World War II propaganda poster featuring a charcoal portrait sketch of Chinese infant with the words “CHINA . . . LOOKS TO US!” in bold red lettering above and below. The artist’s facsimile signature, “JAMES MONTGOMERY FLAGG,” is in the lower right of the sketch along with his name also in Chinese characters.

The poster has a cardboard easel back.
