Physical DescriptionA white crocheted cushion cover with fringed edges. On one side of the double-sided cover, the design depicts the profile image of an eagle, wings outstretched, perched on a bell with text that reads: GOD / BLESS / AMERICA. Crocheted stars dot the background of the piece. The other side of the cover has large crocheted initials: F.D.R. A piece of medium blue paper is attached within the interior pocket of the cushion cover.

Custodial History NoteDeposited at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum by Franklin D. Roosevelt on February 28, 1942. It was donated as a bequest of FDR to the Library in 1947.
