Physical DescriptionA World War II U.S. Army conservation poster. At the center of the red, pink, white, and black poster is a graphic illustration of a leather service boot. Text surrounding the boot, with accompanying line drawing illustrations, reads: “DUBBING keeps ‘em . . . / dry [image of duck] / soft [image of baby] / long lasting [image of turtle].”

Small text along the top edge of the poster has posting and display instructions along with “GPO: 617288.” Along the bottom of the poster is the U.S. Army Conservation Program “SAVE” logo and “ACP No. 99-P-15 (6)” followed by additional distribution instructions.
