Historical NoteThis flag picture made of feathers was created by the Alba Hat Company, Inc. of New York, NY especially for Franklin D. Roosevelt as a birthday present and patriotic gesture. It was sent to him on January 29, 1942 by Stanley Greenstein of the Alba Hat Company.Additional Details
